Dorcas
| before coming to the orphanage. Dorcas was around three when she came and she could barely talk or walk. Now she is doing well and it is hard to believe what state she was in when she first arrived. She has just begun attending school. |
| Dorcas is about five years old. She has had malaria, and may possibly have it now. When last taken to the clinic, she had an infection in one lung. Her sisters are Alfina and Adonesia. The three girls were living on their own without adult supervision |
